Vitamin B12

This vitamin is similar to vitamin B9 and helps activate folic acid. Its actual use is in the breakdown of fatty acids. It has a positive effect on the heart and on performance and concentration.


Vitamin B12 is found almost exclusively in animal products. Liver, eggs, dairy products, milk and cheese. The only vegetable exception is sauerkraut, which contains vitamin B12 after lactic acid fermentation.
